Gov. Delivers State of the State Address

Gov. Neil Abercrombie delivered his second State of the State Address today to a joint session of the Hawai’i State Legislature. Abercrombie highlighted the recent settlement with the Office of Hawaiian Affairs, saying it is about time we settle the long-standing dispute.
