Laʻi ʻŌpua Village 4 Phase 2 Hema–Wall C Concrete Pour

(Kealakehe, Hawaiʻi Island) – The Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL) through its contractor, Nan, Inc., will conduct a concrete pour for the retaining wall on Lots 114 and 115 in Laʻi ʻŌpua Village 4 Phase 2 Hema.

Work in the active construction site will begin on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at 6:30 a.m.

Concrete trucks will enter from Manawalea Street to Koai’a Street to Ohemakai Street to Puakala Place.

The public can expect personnel in the area during daylight hours.
